That in and of it self inplies youth.
That's the justification I used in "Magic". 'Young' could imply a
period between, say, 16 and 25, allowing for the increase in Ranma's
bust size.
I would say there is equal justification for the 'ageless' Ranma as
there is for the 'aging' Ranma. Authors should feel free to use
whichever interpretation they want - as with so many things in the
Ranmaverse, there is no one 'correct' way of looking at things.
