  Did he "allow" himself to be beaten up, or was it the standard
anime/manga ability of young women to knock around hentai young men
regardless of martial arts training?  If Rouge thought that he was peeping,
then by anime/manga convention, Tarou would be incapable of avoiding the
physical response.
