May I point to the Akaneniichuah, created in the Mt. Phoenix
saga in the final run of the manga. You don't have to have the
subject *DIE* in the spring... just technically *drown* in it.
Just dunk an immortal into a 'clean' spring, make sure he gets
two lungs fulla water, and presto, you got yourself a Spring
of Drowned Immortal.
