Hello, I am writing my first fanfic and need help. I wanted the
Sailor Scouts to practice their powers.....without anybody seeing them. 
That would look really stupid, scouts using their powers on nothing.  Can
you help me? Where would the scouts practice their powers?  Also I need a
name for a new made up character. She's kind of  like Beryl.  If you
