Youch!  First of all, not a bad intro.  I think its well written, and you
seemed to cover all of the bases.  (Yes, I do believe that with her resources
Sylia Stingray would be able to find Mackie and uncover the Masquerade [the
secret that Vampires exist.])

But to make Mackie a Lasombra?  I may not know enough about that clan, but I
do know that they are one mean clan, and that they get into some nasty stuff.
 And 7th generation?  Isn't that making him almost too powerful?  (Yes, I
have played Vampire before, and I do know that if Mackie was only recently
Embraced he wouldn't be that powerful.  But a 7th generation vampire can do
more than a 13th generation one, mainly due to the fact that a 7th generation
vampire will have a larger blood pool.)

BTW, could you send me a copy of the stats for Mackie?  (How was he converted
into a vampire character?  I do believe that he did have Dominate.)
