Would work better as a BGC/Crow crossover without Spawn.

The only problem I have with this is
that The Crow doesn't have a major offensive
ability.(I am going by the movie Crow) His main
power is indestructability. Spawn though has decent
offensive power. Spawn would have a lot easier time
with a boomer than the Crow would have.I think the 
Crow would be better suited to the A.D. Police.
