i'll sometimes write by hand, but only if there isn't a computer i can use
anywhere near. After ten or fifteen minutes of writing my hand starts to
cramp up, and if i'm going to be able to read what i've written, i have to
go really slow. Whenever possible i use a computer, word for windows when
possible.

And, this being totally unrelated to the writing thing, do you guys buy,
rent, borrow, or steal you anime? This is totally off of curiosity, but
damn it, I gotta know? And if you buy it, how the hell do you afford it
all? Is there some 'Anime-Of-The-Month-Club' or something where you can
find outrageous deals on various Anime titles? 

i buy some, when i have the money, although a lot of my money recently has
gone towards anime things instead of anime tapes =) I have one or two
copies, but i prefer the original if i can get it subtitled. I'd like to
buy fansubs for things that aren't translated or only dubbed, but i don't
know a lot of places to get them.

We also try to rent a lot, and whenever anyone in my dorm rents anime it
usually ends up getting shown in the lounge, so a small crowd usually
develops. Last semester we worked through the entire first season of
Macross 7 (unfortunatly i missed out on a lot of it due to homework and
things =( as well as lots of other random things.
