Once again, some interesting ideas.  However, unlike your last batch,
most of these have some major flaws.
1.  El Hazard/BGC - One Ifurita is enough to destroy the world.  Make
more than one and make them against you, and you can kiss your butt
goodbye.  No contest here.
2.  SM/Guyver - Making the unit an ancient moon technology and having
darkness come sort of defeats the purpose of making it a crossover.
Your just putting SM into battle armor, which, if animated, would remove
the greatest selling point of the show };-)  Anyway, if you'd make this
one a reality, you would have to have the casts of both shows come
together, or have a scout discover the Guyver Unit much like in The
Guyver show.
3.  SM:  Darkness - Okay, unless the outer senshi can manage to stop
them (if they even show up again), it's pretty much the end of the story
right there.  Unless you just want to do a futuristic cyber horror type
fic.
4.  Battle Angel/A-ko - Once again, having B ko become Alita (basically
just an android) sort of ruins the point.  These two stories don't seem
very compatible, IMO.
5.  Okay, has some promise.  However, this would deal largely with
people's knowledge of Phule's Company (and Phule's Paradise) by Robert
Asprin.  I could come out and say I'm going to do an Oh My Goddess
crossover with Piers Anthony's Incarnations of Immortality series (which
I'm not, this would be a hell of a story lengthwise).  This would
actually have more chance because of Anthony's wide read popularity (Not
saying Asprin isn't popular (Myth series ring a bell?)).  Although I
could be wrong, and a hundred people could come back saying they've read
the Phule series.
6.  PC/Dominon Tank Police - If memory serves me correctly this would
end up being a very goofy episode of DTP.  Could be good if someone with
a good sense of humor wrote it.

All in all, not bad basics.  Just needed tweaking.  This is very
opinionated of course, but that's largely the point isn't it?
