It 's actually more like really.  Honto ni is "Really?"  or Honto desu
ka? is "Is that for real?"  Honto arigatoo gozaimashita is "Really thank
you a lot" or something like that.

"True love" would be "honto ni ai", or "ai wa honto" in conversation, but
I'm unsure how it would translate as a name.

More like real love.

Feel fre to correct me if I'm wrong (my Japanese isn't all that great...).
