(As if I had the time to answer this kind of thing...)
I use Word for Win95 at home just because I was lucky enough to find a
friend immoral enough to allow me to pirate it, ha! No really, but I do use
Word just because before I got my Win95 machine, I was using Word2.0 so I
kinda developed a taste for it. On campus, I write long hand in my
notebooks. In fact, I wrote most of "Sakura's Story" in long hand before
taking to the keyboard. (For those of you who don't know, it's on haitus
for the summer - it was actually a writing project I started to pass the
time in a boring lecture on database design). At my best, I burn away at my
fanfics in Word because it's customized to recognize my most common
mistakes and I also just happen to write faster on the computer than by
hand. The ideas just sort of flow from my brain to my fingers (not that I'm
a good typist or anything).

As for my anime habits? I mostly buy nowadays. I used go to an out-of-town
club every week to watch and to borrow fan-subs, but the car was just
eating up my gas for those trips... I prefer to shop at the local HMV if
only because they slap a $5 discount on every new title that they stock and
every 11th tape is free...

Is there anybody out there crazy enough to still write out long hand?
(You
know, on paper.) If there is, would you please tell me how you manage to
keep your sanity? I tried this once, and it nearly killed me! Seriously!
(Well, okay, not seriously. But it COULD happen!)

And, this being totally unrelated to the writing thing, do you guys buy,
rent, borrow, or steal you anime? This is totally off of curiosity, but
damn it, I gotta know? And if you buy it, how the hell do you afford it
all? Is there some 'Anime-Of-The-Month-Club' or something where you can
find outrageous deals on various Anime titles?
