Well, I logged on to good ole Eudora Pro and I had a message saying that I
was removed from the FFML due to a bounce of my last post to the list. Now,
I know my ISP didn't cause this, and I think something at SUAGM2.SUAGM.EDU
was the real culprit. Anyways, here I am, unsubbed from the ffml and
already worrying about withdrawl and the fics that I missed.

What should I do?

Send a message to the list asking for all of the fics posted while I was
unsubbed?

Nope.

What I did was subscribe to the list. I sent the following message:

To: fanfic-request@fanfic.com
Subject: subscribe
Message: <empty> (You don't need anything in the message area)

While I waited for the next post from the ffml, I found the last post that
I received from the ffml. It was archive 41128. I received my subscribe
acknowledgement/faq and then a post from the ffml that was listed as
archive 41146.

I then sent the following message:

Subject: archive
Message:
get latest/41129
get latest/41130
get latest/41131
get latest/41132
get latest/41133
get latest/41134
get latest/41135
get latest/41136
get latest/41137
get latest/41138
get latest/41139

I received back all of the postings that I missed.

                      AND I'M GLAD I DID!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

      I HAD MISSED "WASURERARENAI" PARTS 3&4 FROM EMILY SIAZON !!!!!!!!!!

Ahem.

Oh, this post is also a test to see if I get bounced off the list again. If
so, I want it to be an informational message and not just spam. ^_-
