Well, many of you probably thought that the Revenge Wars project is dead
and buried. Most of you probably haven't a clue what the Revenge Wars
project *IS*. Let me refresh.

Some time ago, SKJAM! posted a fic where Ranma and Akane crossed over
into OUR world to help him out in the reverse of typical otakufics. Of
course, things went very bad very fast.

That;s when Frosty posted his challenge: 'What would happen if your
favourite fanfic characters crossed over into our world and met you?'

The answer was almost unanimous: Kick our sorry behinds!

And so the Revenge Wars were born. Near the end nearly every author on
the list, and a large fraction of the lurkers had been beaten,
humiliated and Jusenkyo'ed.

Then the theory was put forward that a central force was behind all
this. An evil entity who's power stemmed from the fact that he was
undefined, and therefore had no limits. Thus (?) was born.

This is where the Revenge wars project picked up. I have already
finished and post the first part of this story, called 'Revenge's End',
which I wrote with the help of a number of authors. Then things picked
up.

We acquired our own mailing list, where we quietly (okay, not so
quietly) plotted the story. We acquired a web page... then two... then
three. We stealthily corrupted innocent young lurkers.

This is what I have been working on for nearly the past YEAR. This
represents the first two sections (six have been written and are being
refined) or the SECOND epsiode in the Revenge Wars, (?) Strikes Back.
