Foolish of Nabiki, very foolish indeed. Attacking the Kuonjis through financial
means is asking for trouble, if they find out (and having the business called
NT's is a dangerous ego trip) they will be furious, considering how their 
(secondary, we can presume the yatai wasn't the only moneymaker) livelihood 
was taken away once before by the Saotomes. To have it happen again would
have the most mild-mannered reaching for weapons.
