Dear FFML,
I heard lots about my story "One hour".
I am honored.
Being that about... 1/2 the people said "inflate it", I will attempt
this. However, each _new_ installment will be written in an hour. Give
or take a little.
People have said that the Hour limitation is stifling the story a bit.
This may be, but I like this barrier.
It actually helps the creative writing process.
Again, thank you for your responses.
As a side note:
For "Aproaches to Literature", a class that teaches how to look at
the written word. This class also taught me a little about How To Write.
Don't laugh, try it.
In this specific class, we had 3 sections. each section covered a
different style of writing. Poetry, Prose, and Drama.
While discussing what we would be required to hand in for our Drama
paper, some one said:
"I hope that we don't have to write our own Play."
That made me think: (*What would I write as a play to illustrate the
classical Drama Forms?*)
I handed in a 14 page play. It contained 3 Acts, each with 4 Scenes.
If I had time to run it through the Spell-checker, I would've had a 100.
I recieved a 90. That was the highest in the class.
The moral to this is that occasionally a limitation brings forth the
most creative freedom.
Thank you all for your time.
I still welcome all comments. Just because I have carpal tunnel vision
doesn't mean that I cannot twist my neck.
