Okay, hello again!

*Same Someone*: "Oh, hi Uh Phil."
::Looks sheepish:: No, just Phil.
*SS*: "Hm, whatever. What're you writing?"
::Notices that discussion has brought a few more people to his
attention::  Just a little crossover.
*Different Someone*: "Oh, what with what?"
Well, Evangelion. ::Smiles as he sees some nods of approval::
*Yet Another Someone*: "Yea, cool, what with?"
::Smiles:: Sailor Moon! ::Frowns as everyone facefaults:: Ow.
::Ducks thrown fruit from a few select individuals:: Hey!
*Someone*: "How the hell are you gonna pull that one off?!"
::Grins smugly:: Just watch, and read....

Part One B (I didn't get everything I wanted as an opening into the
first post, so here)

Usagi awoke to find she couldn't breathe. Now, this usually meant
one of two things:
1> She had managed to get the pillow wrapped around her head again,
or...
2> Luna was using her favorite method of waking her up.
She went with 2. She sat up abruptly. Then, was rewarded by an
indignant cat wail.
"Hey, Luna! Didn't mean to startle you!" Usagi cried out between
giggles.
The slim black cat stood up, licked a paw, then stared at the blond
girl having a good laugh at her expense. "You really should get up
before ten, Usagi!"
"But it's Sunday!" The girl whined in protest.
"Be that as it may, you have to be ready for any eventuality. The
Negaverse waits for no one!"
"Aw, come on! We have no problem with them! With everyone, we
aren't challanged much at all!"
"Usagi," Luna glared at her charge with a seriousness that stopped
the girl's sniffling, "one of these day's you're going to have to face
something more powerful than you. All that will be between you and
death will be your wits. You must stay on your toes! And for crying
out loud, study once and a while!"
Usagi cringed under the barrage. Luna seemed a bit more off edge
than usual this morning. "Luna, are you allright?"
The question took the cat back a bit. Come to think of it, she was
being a bit cranky, even for her. "Um, yes. I believe so. I just seem
to have an odd feeling is all."
     "Odd feeling?"
"Nothing to worry about, I'm sure." Luna did the best she could to
smile.
Usagi returned it ten fold. "Well, that's good! I have to meet
everyone at Rei's today. Want to come?"
"I'll be along later, you go on ahead."
     "Suit yourself, see ya!"
Usagi, who had been getting ready during al the talk, ran out the
door. Luna paced back and forth a bit, lost in thought, before leaping
out the window. A resounding smack rang throughout the room. A dazed
cat stumbled back to the window.
"Remember Luna," The cat told herself, "open first, then jump."
So, she did, then successfully jumped from the sill to parts
unknown.
Usagi arrived at the ancient temple in an amazing amount of time.
The meeting was scheduled for eleven, so she was actually on time.
"Well, surprise, surprise, she's actually here early!" This, of
course, came from Rei.
"Yea!? So what!?" Usagi cried, still a little peeved from being
woken up so early.
"Come now, this entirely unproductive." Ami said, her eye's on the
arguing duo, and her hands typing on her mini-keyboard.
"Oh, come on Ami! What's this stupid meeting for?! Nothing major
has happened lately!" Usagi yelled, still in Rei Demolishment Mode.
Ami just raised an eyebrow. "Just because we haven't had any big
problems recently doesn't mean the Negaverse isn't planning something
big. We should always be prepared."
"You sound like Luna." Usagi griped.
"And what, may I ask, is wrong with that?"
Everone turned to see the familiar small silhouette in the temple
door.
Usagi grew the SweatDrop. "Uh, nothin', of course! Just making a
point!"
"Well, this meeting is of the utmost importance it seems. Central
Command has received word that something has gone terribly wrong with
the time line!"
Makoto spoke up. "What do you mean?"
Luna was about to answer, when Artemis broke in. "They don't think
it's...?"
The white cat's partner looked at him with just as worried a look.
"They don't know yet."
"What?" Ami asked, curious as to what was going on.
"Yea, Luna, spit it out!" Ordered Mina.
Luna cleared her throat audibly. "Two hundred thousand years ago,
there was a race of creatures living on Mars."
Everyone's eye's shot to Rei, who couldn't really say anything.
Luna continued. "These creatures, called the Iriona, were a
thriving culture that looked upon the Earth with envy. This blue globe
was lush, clean, and had no intelligent life on it whatsoever. The
Iriona thought it was a waste, for such a Utopia to go unused. So, they
decided to send a party to Earth to survey. They did not use ships to
travel however, they used a technique called Quantum Shifting. In this,
they actually broke down their particles and sent them wherever they
wanted to go, almost instantaniously."
"Kinda like Star Trek." Commented Makoto.
Luna nodded. "Sort of. However, when they got to Earth, they
found the atmosphere most unbreathable. So, they decided to terraform
it."
"Terra what?" Usagi asked, falling behind.
Ami explained. "It's the restructuring of a planet's atmosphere to
make it able to be lived upon comfortably."
It took a while for Usagi to compile this, but she did. "Okay, so
what happened?"
Luna looked up again. "I was just getting to that. You see, they
needed an oxygen rich enviornment, while the Earth had way too much
Nitrogen for them. So, they figured in a hundred thousand years, the
levels would be perfect for terraforming. So, they sent their equipment
into the future."
"They what!?" Came a startled cry from everyone but Artemis.
"Just what I said. They sent their equipment, using their Quantum
technology, to the future. What they didn't figure on, was shortly
after, the Negaverse attacked them. There was an immense war, and in
the end, they inihilated each other. At least, that's what we thought."
Everyone absorbed this information. Ami had a question. "What
about their equipment?"
Luna looked up at the budding scientist. "The devices were large,
black, monolithic structures. They served their purpose, making the
atmosphere more oxygen rich. However, the waves from their power source
had an interesting effect on the surrounding bipedal mammals.
Eventually, that effect evolved into Human's"
Everyone looked at Luna incredulously for a while, still digesting
what they had been told.
"What does this all mean Luna? Do you think it might be them
messing with time?" Usagi asked after a while.
"I'm not sure. It could be, as they are the only one's we know of
capable of it. The only other thing's it could be is someone we don't
know of, or someone from the future."
"Well, what are _we_ supposed to do?" Mused Rei.
"That I don't know either." Luna said apologetically. "Just keep
an eye out, and on your toes."
The group nodded. Artemis and Luna went off to talk in more detail
about the occurances. The Scouts talked about that a bit, but
conversation soon dissolved into more conventional jabber. After a few
minutes, the girls decided to stop wasting a perfect Sunday afternoon,
and headed off to the mall.
Ten hours later, when the Scouts were soundly asleep, two large
biologically enhanced robots fell into the Tokyo harbor from 28 years in
the future.
END OF PART ONE
Okay, setup is more or less done. Just need to get the two groups
together (or not, it's all up to how I want to go with this). This, or
course, is an entirely different line from Eva or SM now, so no original
continuity issues please. As usual, forgive spelling and grammer. Part
two shall be along soon, I hope. C&C is still mandatory, please. I
really would like to hear from you all on this one. Thank you.
