Checked out your second teaser.
I have to say that the scene with Evil Ryu, Ken and his wife was too extreme
Despite several dark spots this story on the whole has been relatively
light. I think You should keep Evil Ryu's killings off screen for the most
part. and try to make the ones that he does kill on screen anominous.

Several people have expressed concern about that scene (including
myself)... it was really a parody of a friend's scene (Ironlich's story if
you visit his site) and I plan to remove it in place of a Rugal killing
scene (implied) to keep sight of the "Martial Arts Sex Comedy" angle.
This first draft was sort of rushed... I was trying to make Evil Ryu a
real bastard... I realize I went too far. I don't understand why the
victims should be anonomyous though.

I was a little surprised that the girls are doing so poorly in the fighting

What girls? The Ranma crew you mean?

I will Grant that they are facing opponents that have much higher levels of
power. but If you are ranking them that low what does that say about Ranma
He may be able to beat Shampoo and the others but his edge is not that much
higher.

I feel that Ranma has difficulty beating female opponents simply because
he doesn't fight girls. When he "goes all out" he's on a totally
different level. But I really don't want to debate it, Ryu is gonna fight
Ranma (you know it had to happen) and no matter what the result it will be
controversial.

The problem is that you are importing characters in from worlds where
they have attacks that do not exist in Ranma's world. I realise it is too
late now but I would have recomended earlier that there be some sort of Chi
damping field around the island that keeps the power levels down do a low
level. This so they can win on skill and not because they outgun the opponent
After all some of these characters have Chi attacks only because all the
characters in that game have Chi attacks.

Right, well as you can see I give technical skill benifit too... Tracy
from Toshinden has spectacular pyrotechnic chi attacks that could possibly
rival the less spectacular SF characters, yet I allowed Nina, the more
skilled combatant to win. Combat will take place on two levels
basically... a skill level, and a Chi level. Chi attacks will be very
draining and hardly used in skill battles (ie, Sakura vs Ukyou) but when
two opponents "tap their inner selves" it will be DBZ out there... the Ki
will fly.
