Well.. you know, Mark Doherty has this REALLY
nifty WEELY SYNOPSYS thing, and well.. if EVERYONE were
to use it, there would be a growing list of Fanfics,
Genre, Type, Author, and short commentaries.

Well, this would be good, but it would require two things: that
everyone send a synopsis to Mark, and that he have the time to compile
them all.  Neither is guaranteed to happen.  I sent in a synopsis once;
it never appeared. And, when I have perused the list, it contains less
than half of the fics sent to the FFML, which means a lot of authors
don't bother.

I kinda think this is something that is doomed to fail.

I don't know if its in there, but perhaps this should be in
the FAQ for the list. Make it SEEM to be required...

^_^ Well, you can *try*, but I bet it won't work too well. People are
too gosh-darned lazy - myself included. :)

Sorry I'm not being too constructive here. I don't have a good
solution; I kinda think there isn't one. Finding someone to voluntarily
post weekly lists of authors and fanfics seems the most likely solution
- if such a volunteer can be found. I know *I* wouldn't want the job.

Just MY opinion, I could be wrong.

Ditto. :)
