Okay folks. It seems some of you don't realize who Dave Barry is.

Dave Barry is a HUMOR COLUMNIST. He specializes in satire, if I 
remember correctly. 

While I'd prefer if he kept anime out of his columns, he is NOT to be 
taken seriously! He doesn't take himself seriously! He's a humor 
columnist, not an actual news reporter!
