	I suspect this might be out of respect for Cologne's intelligence.
She gets portrayed as calculating, yet her calculations are never for 
herself alone.  There is always a reason, the good of the Amazons, behind 
her actions.  (It may not be the best reason, see my picture of her in 
Bedtime Story [shameless, shameless]) But Cologne is not caught up her 
own creature comforts.  Genma, on the other hand, is a self-centred, 
self-serving buffoon.
