If you want to see a fic where Cologne is treated better, write one. 
^_^  But I wouldn't get your hopes up that others will hold her, or any
other character's ICism as sacred as you do, because the infinite "what
if" possibilities are part of what makes fanfic so facinating.

Well, I have, actually.  Have you gone over parts 6a and 6b of my Ranko and
Kaneda series?

Also, I have always wondered about how come GENMA, who was a lot crueler and
vulnerable to greed than Cologne in the manga AND anime, had never been
portrayed quite as harshly(except by me in Poison (the original one) and
Darkness and Light (still in draft but not for long)?
