I was wondering what people considered the best all-round mail and news
reader. 
 Right now for MS-Dos/Win3.11
 I'm looking for something (looking..ha, York has a whole bunch sitting in
their archives) that will be best for message viewing which can/will
download the files to my HD so that I can delete (if I wish to) any files.
 It would also be kinda nice if it could either uudecode by itself or
using the win util tacked on.
 Of course the ability to edit (within reason) and  the ability to attach 
files is a must for this group.
I lkie pine but am not sure if pine pc does this.. and if so how does it
handle news groups????

Please respond privately unless you have the mother of all newsreaders and
want to suggest everybody get one....

Who wants to keep his mail safely on his drive so if it screws upi it's no
