True, Ranma's no angel, I'll give you that for free, but
Ryoga.....he can be such a baby!  

You are entitled to your own opinion and yes, Ryoga can be a bit of a 
jerk and a bit over-emotional, but I'm entitled to my opinion and there 
a few things I'd like to point out.

Point 1: 
         Ryouga tried to get bread that he never really claimed
because he just wasn't good enough. Therefore, he goes on a
hissy fit saying that Ranma  stole "his" bread. Hmmm.... 

When Ryoga finally catches up with Ranma at Furinkan, he doesn't 
actually care about the bread fued, anymore.   

Point 2: 
         The childhood duel. Ranma waited THREE days for Ryouga.

Well, Ryoga _does_ have the world's worst sense of direction but 
you've got to remember that Ryoga gets depressed very easily, he's a bit too 
'in-touch' with his emotions. And if Ryoga realised that Ranma actually 
waited a long time for him, then he would gain common sense. A Ranma 1/2 
character with common sense? Please! 

Point 3: 
         Everytime Ryouga finds Ranma it's the same
'Ranma-prepare-to-die' speech. Everytime in both manga and anime
(from what I've seen anyway) Ranma always wins.

Erm, there was that fight between them during that Charlotte Cup which 
was called a draw. And then there was when Ryoga _first_ learned that 
Shishihoukadan (I know I can't spell) and kept beating up Ranma with it. 
I don't know anymore and wouldn't admitting defeat be a rash of common 
sense also? 

Point 4: 
         Ryouga's curse. When Ranma and Genma left, he could
have just went on living his life. But Noooooooooo. He HAD to
follow Ranma all the way to China. Mistake #1. Then he had the
idiocy to wander into a place that wasn't familiar at all.

Don't you remember when he had to ask a student where Furinkan High 
while standing right infront of it? The guy's got such a lousy sense of 
direction that he doesn't know where he is till he asks someone!

Mistake #2. He falls into the spring, partially Ranma's fault I
admit, but instead of that, he blames ALL of his misfortune on
Ranma.  

_Partially_?! Ahem, so you're saying Ranma _partially_ knocked Ryoga 
into the cursed springs? If someone knocks me into a pool which turns me 
into a a half-pig, then I nearly drown and nearly get cooked, I wouldn't 
be that person's best friend for long! 

Point 5: 
When ever he and Ranma start fighting,
all he has to do is change into the water, bite Ranma and then
we have a PO'ed Akane. How many times has this occured? Too many
to count!

Well I thought it was funny! And Ranma can be such a jerk sometimes, 
he deserves it! 

If Ryouga was a REAL man, he'd go right out and tell
her, but No. That's the only way that he can even get close to
her. And Akane calls Ranma a pervert! HA! 

If he was a Real Man, then he'd be real dead by now, and Ranma 
probably too. Or at least really incapacitated.

Point 6:  
         Akane. One thing, he doesn't even think about how Akane
feels for Ranma, even when they don't fight.

Is it just me who remembers the 'heart of glass' bit when Ryoga 
imagined Akane telling him that she loved Ranma? He tried to leave but then 
Shampoo decided he'd make a good lunch for Ranma? And when Shampoo first 
wanted to marry Ranma but kill his female half. Ryoga got angry with 
Ranma because he couldn't stand Akane getting jealous over Ranma, because of 
Shampoo.

He wants her
probably just because Ranma has her as a fiancee. Now I know
that she treated P-Chan with kindness, but do you think she
would have done the same with Ryouga? I think not!

Welll, once Akane booted Ranma for picking on 'Poor Ryoga' and tried 
to sort out the mess Ryoga's limbs had become, of course just making them 
worse. She felt pity for him and that led him to get taught by Cologne 

. Hate me if you want, my opinon stays the same.
