Unfortunately, the story is taking longer than what Ashita has stated
earlier. The reason is that I do not have all the neat info that I
require to write the story. So if it is not out in August, it will be
out in September.

Where?     Wherever he wants.
Why?         Who knows.

It should be a strange and interesting story unless the US NAVY keeps
me working to hard.
