Very simple.  Why does Cologne do just about anything she does?  To get
Ranma and Shampoo together.  The biggest obstacle (in her eyes) right now
would be Akane.  So, she might train Ukyou to take out Akane or to just win
Ranma from her.  Then Shampoo could do the same.  (Kind of like when she
trained Ryouga.)  Or, if an enemy appeared that Ranma couldn't handle alone
or got put into a coma from, then she might train the girls to keep Ranma
from fighting it again so he won't get killed ("Dead Ranma not make good
husband!"--Shampoo <grin>).

Just my thoughts.  Flame at will.
