continue beg you all to take it to either private E-mail or a more

First off, my point was that all of these girls react with violence when
there are other options. This _is_ anime/manga and I don't expect then to
act differently. But I get tired of people verbally attacking Akane for
being violent when there are examples of Ukyou and Shampoo doing similar
things, if for different reasons.
Actually the reasons DO make a difference.
This I'll agree with.
And the Bittern End had
a point. Shampoo's behavior is unconscionable.
Na..ni?
Let me see if I understand this. Mousse has been harassing
Shampoo for most of their lives, to the point of attacking someone she
_obviously_ loves more than once (I suspect that he did the same thing
with any other boy that got up the nerve to approach her back home),
despite the efforts she takes to makes it perfectly clear that _she_
_does_ _not_ _want_ _him_! For her to resort to cruelty in order to drive
him off, even to become disinterested in his survival, is rather
understandable given these circumstances. Considering that he won't leave
her be, her exploitation of him remains within the bounds of forgivability
as well.
So how, may I ask, is Shampoo's behavior toward _him_ more
unconscionable than say... Akane's behavior toward Tatewaki?
