Thanks, I'm really flattered by all the positive response I'm
getting on this one =) Thanks everyone!
Now, an evil idea has entered my head: Wonder what would happen if our
five frustrated folks decide to do something radical...like all of them
deciding to run off to America and living together in a house or
something? That would be a mighty interesting read.
Ukyo, Shampoo, Kodachi, Tatewaki, Ryoga... rooommates?
Oh my.
well, I -DID- have another ending in mind, but decided not to
go with it. Here it is...
------------------------------------------------------------------
The morning sunlight was beautiful. Very beautiful. It was the
kind of sunrise that every 'starving artist' painter that ever
lived tried to capture.
It bugged the hell out of Ukyo.
"Aaagh... bright."
Ukyo Kuonji was not a morning person.
A few quarts of alcoholic beverage slowly making its way out of her
system didn't improve that.
Her mind strongly protested the intrusion of sunlight, and so, running on
automatic brain pilot, she stomped to the window, stumbled over a large
pile of clothing, closed the shutters, and stomped back into bed.
A stray and fleeting thought passed through her mind. 'Funny, I don't
normally sleep naked.'
Wait. There was something wrong here.
"Nnnn... stupid Mousse..."
That wasn't her talking. No. Definitely not her own voice.
She opened her eyes slowly.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

"Listen... about last night..." said Ukyo, feeling terribly and
horribly embarrased.
"Anyone tell and Shampoo _kill_."
"I don't even remember much of what happened," said Ryoga, sounding a bit
odd since a few bloodied kleenex tissues were stuffed in his nose.
"Count your blessings," deadpanned a morose Kodachi.
Tatewaki shuddered.
-end-

I think you can see why I didn't include it...
(LaShawn stares at her notes to write her 15-page paper on the ethical
side of saving the Amazon and sighs deeply. So many good Ranma ideas,
absolutely no time to write them.)
yeah, tell me about it. :(
