Akane is too a B****!!! she's practically the definately of it! I mean, I
don't want to be too harsh on her and start a flame war, but anyone who
lashes out with no good reason and without waiting for an explination is
pretty much a royal B****. Shampoo, on the other hand, while you might be
*slightly* justified as interpretting her behavior as "sluty" (and I don't
think so, but to each their own oppinion), you are way off base in calling
her a b****. Same with kodachi. Cologne you might make a case for, but
Akane pretty much is.

Good for you, Ryan.  My thoughts exactly.  But I will take it further by
saying that COLOGNE CANNOT BE CALLED A BITCH!  She had unconditionally
showed Ranma the Hiryu Shoten Ha WITHOUT using it as a condtion to make the
guy marry Shampoo (manga 13).  She had NEVER HURT AKANE AND ANY OTHER RIVALS
(well, she tied up Akane once in manga22, but she HAD NEVER THREATHEN,
BEWITCH OR ACTULLY WOUND her or the others).  

Besides, even the GOOD GIRLS in Ranma 1/2 have their respective
vicious/crafty sides as well:

Even the righteous Ukyou will fight for her goal, as she shot a hail of
spatulas at Akane over the love-umbrella in manga31.  AT LEAST COLOGNE
HADN'T DONE ANYTHING LIKE THAT. 

Akane can be crafty as well, as she half-tricked Shampoo into agreeing that
if Mousse win Ranma, then Shampoo will be Mousse's girlfriend, THEN PURPOSLY
TELL RANMA TO LOSE ON PURPOSE with the "MOusse's so unfortunate thing" to
explain her motive.  THAT WAS EVEN BELOW COLOGNE.

I LOVE the both of them (Ukyou more thatn Akane).  But, as you can see, it
would seem that Cologne ain't that vicious/crafty after all. 

When Cologne lock Ranma in the cat-tongue mode, and challenged Ranma to
fight her for the pill, she UNCONDITIONALLY showed Ranma how to counter her
by showing him/her the chestnut fist.  IF she was SERIOUS about forcing him
to marry Shampoo, she WOULDN'T HAVE SHOWED HIM THE TECHNIQUE TILL AFTER HE
AGREED TO MARRY SHAMPOO.  She was simply training Ranma instead of seriously
trying to force Shampoo on him.  Even in the shark-fist fight between her
and Ranma, she threw both Ranma and Akane out of the water, back onto the
sand, instead of using that oppotunity to hurt Ranma.  Besides, Cologne LET
RANMA HAVE THE PHOENIX PILL BACK and claimed she lost to him, which isn't
true for Cologne still hadn't use her exploding point nor the whirlwind
trick in the fight against Ranma.  She is a wise old lady (she was shown to
be a beauty 100 years ago in both manga 10 and 13, BTW), and people
shouldn't despise her simply because she is now old and ugly, and that she
stands by her own great-granddaughter.
