< Hmmmm...this brings up an interesting question: who would be
better were they to switch bodies? Sure, Akane now has the better body (I
will refer to the person, not the body as bearing the name), but would
that actually make her a better artist?
Attacks themselves may be easier to handle, quicker, and more
simply executed, but the the most important part of a fighter's anatomy is
his mind. This has been proven many times by Ranma himself. Many of the
Ranma eposodes deal with Ranma figuring out a way to respond to a new
challenge in the field of fighting. He is very inteligent at this if
nothing else. Would the reader not think that Ranma would not quickly
adapt to his different body, and quickly become better than Akane? Or
would Akane simply just have the upper hand? Personally, I think it would
be the former, however, I am open if anybody wants to point out
differently. >>
You'er right! I am a martail artist, and I already knew that. That's why I
never wrote who the victor of the fight was. We all know that Ranma's battle
sense is superb. Skill and technique is what makes the style of fighting, and
not the strenght of the body. But still, I do beleive that Ranma's body is a
lot different than akane's. Meaning that some of the techniques, such as
Chestnut Fist, would not be avaible to Ranma in Akane's body due to the fact
that taht body was not train for that technique. Yet, also, Akane wouldn't be
able to perform any techniques such as that Hitonshotenha(Spl?) simply
because she doesn't know how. But still, Ranma would have to adapt to the new
changes, which would be a downgrade. Akane would have to get used to the new
strenght, and learn not to over use it! But still, Ranma is a smart boy. I'm
sure he'll figure anotehr way to beat his body! But that's the point. He's
good, but is he good enough to beat his body. Akane has the advantage, but
can she defeat Ranma's wit? That's why I didn't write that part, or finish
the fight. It's because it's not my story! Just to help
the writer out! Well, ta ta... and thanks for the C&C on my idea. It's
greatly welcomed!
