As to the 100k limit, I'm also a person who is affected by large
messages in a more milder way.  Instead of these messages being bounced,
they take a much longer time to download.  Eg.  a 100k message will take
over 5 minutes to downlowad while a 50k message less than 30 seconds.
This is due to my mail server having problems with large messages.
Because of this, I purposefully break up my stories into short
sections.  I understand other writers cannot do this because of their
writing styles, but if there is a way to send these stories broken up,
it would be appreciated by me as well as others who have problems
recieving large messages.  On the other hand, I do not believe that
there should not be a limit in size on stories because that puts limits
on some people's creativity and style as well as inconvienances the
author.
