Subject: [FFML] [Teaser] [BGC/Xover]

Everyone else has been posting teasers for upcoming fics.. so I
decided to join in. This is a little something that I've been working
on
with the help of Skyknight, Barry Cadwegan, Jeanne Hedge, Twister, and
a
great many others, all of whom I owe a great deal.
The tentative working title for this one comes from the work "The
Art of War" by Sun Tzu.
So.. here's a little bit of "In Dangerous Ground".
Hope you like it.

The blond ADP office carefully traced the lettering on the side of
the
object with a finger. "Property of Warner Bros. Studios, Prop. Dept."
And
below that -- "Mnfctrd Acme Anvils, Lmtd., Acme Inc."
"Anvils," Leon moaned. "My god, we're living in a cartoon."
My favorite line from this teaser. This author is rapidly becoming one
of my all-time favorites. He is widely read, has a sense of humor ( and
isn't afraid to use it ), and doesn't object to quotes from obscure but
interesting places and people. He is fun to read and sometimes leaves me
LOL and rolling in the aisles ;> .
I recommend this series to anybody, who liked Twister and/or anybody
who liked Robert A. Heinlein and/or anybody who likes
Spider Robinson (no relation)( to my knowledge anyway){Callahan's Bar
stories}.
This series is well written and just plain FUN. I know this isn't very
critical but I just couldn't find anything to criticize except there
wasn't enough of it - something common to teasers.
