Uh... I think I recalled that Ranma had an evil twin brother named
Ryu-something. It was from the untraslated manga in later episodes, and is
also in Battle Renaissance. But please, if anybody knows this for a fact,
could you em me, and tell me his attacks, and back ground story...

Nope. Kumon Ryuu -posed- as Ranma's brother, as I recall, to steal the 
scroll containing a secret technique from Genma.
