There was a teaser a while ago where we saw a young man with romance
problems running into Ranma in his 20's who gives him advice.  Ranma is
returning to Nerima to face some sort of problem that he (apparently) ran
away from years before.  What was the title, who was the author, and will
this teaser become a story?
