Sasami is at least 700 years old.  She was there when Ryoko attacked Jurai.

in cold sleep?

	Maybe, maybe not. There's only ever one mention of cold sleep
facilities used by Jurians and then you never see them again. Also note
that no actual mention of how long Ayeka was in there was made. Remember
that Jurians, along with the more enhanced technolgically races, live
for incredibly extended periods of time. She could have been in there
for hundrends of years, are maybe just a couple of days to peserve life
support considerations and resource consumption.

	I personally mark Sasami off the list for her status as one of the
Goddesses. In her own way, Tsunami seems to have had a hand in making
Tenchi what he would become. <remember who Kagato attributed the boy to
right before he died> Having the Avatar or <as I speculate> Creator fall
for the Champion/Creation/Weapon is a bit off in my book. 

	Personally, I like to match him with the other Goddess
Champion/Creation/Weapon... Ryoko. This choice has NOTHING to do with
the fact that she's my favorite Anime character of all time! Actually,
I've always felt that he'd end up with Ryoko AND Ayeka. Remember that
Jurians seem to take multiple or at least two wives.

	All this is one of the reasons I point out for my Tenchi love. Try
this, take one of your favorite Anime. Now, and only considering what
the creator seems to intend, play match up with the male lead!

Ranma- AKANE! (someone's gonna fight me here)
Keichi- BELLDANDY!
Ataru- LUM! (Ditto)
Godai- KYOKO!
Tamahome- MIAKA!
Leon- PRISS! (actually that might not happen but as he is in NO WAY the
"lead"...)
Mamoru- Usagi
	-and-
Tenchi- RYOKO! NO AYEKA! NO WASHU! NO MIHOSHI! NO KYONE! NO SASAMI! (and
so on) 

	Oh and guys? I think someone needs to come up with a fic on all this
soon. Tybalt's probably getting restless!
