What, of original and interesting 'fics being produced by
the challenges, or of non-Ranma characters being
paired with Ranma Characters?
 

Only one comment... I'm not sure the girl would have heard
"Ranma" as Wild Horse, because she would have had to see the
Kanji (which are what makes Ranma's name mean wild horse). If
the name was written with a different set of kanji that had
the same Ranma sounds, or even with hirigana (as it usually 
is on the cover of the Japanese Ranma mangas and videos) it
wouldn't necessarily mean wild horse. Inside the manga we
get the character for "Ran" and "Ma" and the particular 
choice of kanji is what makes it "wild horse". Does that
make sense ^^; ^_^

Makes perfect sense to me, Misa-san.  I only remembered
from reading the Who's Who directory at the R 1/2 Universe
page that his name meant 'wild horse'.

I thought that it didn't matter what characters one used,
but that the pronunciation was the key to understanding
what the name meant.  My apologies to the purists if I was
wrong.

This means that I'm going to have to rewrite the ending if 
I'm going to continue the 'fic.  Which I'm seriously considering,
if I get more fan mail like this.
