It's the story of a doctor who got fed up with doing duty in a
small town and applied to be transferred to a bigger city. He got
his wish; the state agreed to let him pay back his stipend - as
part of an exchange program with the Japanese government.
Suddenly he finds himself taking over a chiropractor's practice in
a suburb of Tokyo!
And he thought he had seen all kinds of weirdness...
