Selected Champion is a spamfic mostly because I don't want to expand

into these directions.



Such a storyline would grow into a grand space opera, which UY does not

lend itself to. (Though I will be somewhat like that with Rumic Dwarf,

one of these days, at least then the Red Dwarf campiness will keep it

away from TSY)



I perfer to stay in the spectrum of Ambassador Lum to AA Oni. (Even in

Rumic Dwarf, Lum will be a comedic figure (think of a cross between Oni,

Space Princess and Minmei))



I don't doubt that, with some adjustment, UY can be used for a grand

Space Opera, but I'm not the author for it.  (Hmmm... Ataru as Kirk,

Shutaro as Riker, an ensign in tiger-striped diapers, the gang of four

as...)  I'll be happy to help, in whatever way I can, but I'm not the

one for this.



Rather than write an essay on Ataru's leadership qualities, I threw

together a story to present the evidence, without any thought for the

consequences of my actions and then I plastered the Spamfic label on it

to provide plausible deniablity.
