That much, I'd guessed.  OTOH, it depends on how you portray the events
leading up to Sylia's institutionalization.  And of course, I tend to
think in one of two moods when I'm writing:  silly, or semi-dark.
That's probably why I can so easily imagine mixing the two.  ;)

I would dispute that, actually.  I don't think GENOM necessarily has
to win.  However, the best scenario which can be considered truly
probable consists of the status quo being maintained.  After all,
that's what the Knight Sabers are really out to do; they are not so
foolish as to believe that they can beat GENOM.

Considering Sylia practically admitted as much in BGC 8, I'd say you've
a good point there ^_^

Oh, I don't know...  I'd think it would be possible for Sylia to change
her mind in an IC way about that.  In fact, I'm seriously considering
having her do just that in Slipt.  *evil grin*

Now, as to whether or not they actually defeat Genom in the story,
you'll just have to wait and see.  ^_^
