I would dispute that, actually.  I don't think GENOM necessarily has to
win.  However, the best scenario which can be considered truly probable
consists of the status quo being maintained.  After all, that's what the
Knight Sabers are really out to do; they are not so foolish as to believe
that they can beat GENOM.

Considering Sylia practically admitted as much in BGC 8, I'd say you've a
good point there ^_^
