Well, it can't be totally in character.  If I was writing a totally in
character BGC fic, Genom would win, the KS would be dead, and everyone
would live unhappily ever after.  Hence *something's* gotta be OOC to
get to this point.

Wanna BET??  I wrote BGC:  Springtime for Brain in Megatokyo, crossing
Bubblegum Crisis and Pinky and the Brain.  At NO time did I write any of
the regular cast out of character.  The characters I called the Brain
and Pinky were the chairman of Genom and an advanced buma, respectively.
They didn't act silly, for the most part.  They took to the usual
Genomish take-over-the-world business with all due aplomb.

So, I contend that you can write a fic with perfectly serious characters
and perfectly serious dialogue (for the most part), which ends up being
funny as hell.  :)

So, Sean?  WRITE IT.  >:)
