I would like to apologise for being a bit out of line when I posted my last
message.  As I tried to explain at the beginning, I had had a day where
absolutely nothing had gone right, and I was feeling very frustrated and
depressed when I wrote that post (which was also why I made errors like
saying "r.a.a.c" instead of "r.a.a.m" - I was too tired and frustrated to
really think about what I was doing).  I deeply apologise if I offended
anybody, and humbly ask your forgiveness - the post was intended to let off
steam, not insult anybody.  It's morning now (here) and I feel better.
