I know that Ranma means "wild horse" but does anyone know what Ranko means?

anyway...

If I remember correctly what little Japanese I've managed to pick up,
Ranko probably means "little wild one" or "wild child".

But this is just a guess based on what I remember the component syllables
meaning...
