She never does see P-chan in Akane's presence, so she doesn't know he's
her "pet pig."

I know the two are
friends, but does she ever learn that P-chan sleeps in Akane's room and is
basically Akane's pet, or does Ryouga keep this info from her?

Yes, he has kept the info. Probably not on purpose: Ryouga knows she
loves him very much, and would never keep that from her. It's just that
the idea of telling her never crossed his mind, with him being so happy
and all...
