I am attempting to write a story. I would like to know what is considered
high quality around here.  Which stories are considered the best anime
fanfics?

*)       "Hearts of Ice" by Kapster.  Action, fantasy, romance, you-
         -name-it-it's-there.

*)       "Saishu no Wakare" by WD.  A really moving story.

*)        "Thy Outward Part" by Richard Lawson, including all the
          sequels thereafter.  Ranma is locked in cursed form and
          has to deal with 'her' new state.

*)        "Bitter End" by Zen - is supposed to be excellent, though
          a bit dark.  I have not read it myself.
        
*)        "Clothes make the..." by Nicholas Leifker.  Ranma experiences
          life as a female - of 'her' own free will.

*)        "A Real Woman" by Megane 6.7  (^_^).  Lemon.  'Nough said.

*)        I'd put Alpha Centaurii's revenge war fics here but since
          you're not interested in stuff like that....
