	Well, it's very simple, because the only reason he said to send a 
blank message field, is because the message text is totally ignored...  
put anything you want in it, because it doesn't get used..  Like when I'm 
sending to ftp@ranma.net or any of the rest of the FTP remailer addresses 
at ranma.net, I just put an * in the subject & message fields.

can unsubscribe.  We can be tossed by letting our message boxes fill up and
