Well there's one thing Tenchi can relax about.
	Aeka & Ryoko are not likely to cause much property damage... 
mainly because cousin Ranma and his 'guests' are unlikely to leave much
property intact (how many people _really_ think nobody'll follow them from
Nerima?). 
	And I don't _even_ wanna know what Washuu'll do to Ranma once she
finds out :)
