It's obvious who the coven leader must be.  Recruited as a child by a
demon lord, subsisting on the life force of others and in a position where
she can find and recruit others to serve her dark masters, it has to be 
Hinako-sensei.  

  Here's a weirder thought.  The 'devil hunter' battling them is Azusa.
