	Well, this sounds like the super soba episode.  In that, Akane 
had to *want* to take the antidote.  The trick is to find a way to make 
her want to stop. (Not necessarily take an antidote, that's Takahashi's 
story and her very cute trick.)  It sounds like a real challange for 
Ranma (& crew?) to develop sufficient insight into Akane's personality to 
get her to take that step.  Keep us posted. ^_^
