I must disagree with this- I would expect Ranma to be even a better
fighter. He would be lacking the grueling training his father gave him,
yes, yet he would have an even better teacher: the streets. He could
become a really great fighter by living on his own. After all, isn't the
current Ultimate Fighting Champion a guy who applied street-brawling to
Jujitsu? I'd expect him to have lots of fighting experience in all
areas, and be tough as hell.

	This is really impossible to answer. There are so many factors that
go into developing a person, it's impossible to predict how one will turn
out. But, in all likely hood, it's most likly Ranma would actually be
_less_ of a fighter. He would perhaps even avoid fighting, or human contact
all together.
	If he had infact grown up in the wilds of China, he would learn
early on that going one-on-one with a ferocious beast was _not_ the way to
go. If he had no training what so ever, he would most likly come out in
peices. It's more likely he would learn to build traps and such to catch
his prey. He would also most likly rely on tools, such as would clubs (or
malets if you prefer) and pointed objects, such as sharp stones.
	If he grew up on the mean streets of Tokyo (there's an oxymoron for
ya!), he would learn that steeling would be the simplest way to grab some
food. He would also learn that sticking around would not be a good idea.
Instead, he would probably become a very good runner. Running away from
just about everything.
	In both scenarios, he would probably not get along with others, and
therefore would avoid human contact. And if he had no human contact what so
ever, he wouldn't learn to speak. Seperating him from others even more.
	But, what's the purpose of continuing this debate? Go ahead and
write a fic with an orphan Ranma. Make him whatever you wish. It's your
fic, and therefore, your world. Now that I have tossed in my two cents, I
think I'll spend the other 98 cents on something more worth while. Like
some asprin for this damn headache I got from thinking to hard.
