	And as for mentions of the Damnned Cat, considering that Ranma
has been hired by Animal Control, and the matter of getting rid of the
DC was given to Animal Control, I just consider this foreshadowing, with
a tincture of Exposition.  (For those unfortunate enough not to have
read the original VC.)

the Damned Cat was also one of the more popular elements of VC, and most
of the people who asked for a sequel insisted it be featured. Is it? Well,
you'll just have to wait and see...
