Why just Ranma? How about Akane getting some other guy. I happen to
like Ranma  and Akane stories but I've always wondered why no one
writes a story about  Akane getting someone else.

I'd like to see that too, but the problem is, who would it be?  The only
realistic possibility is Ryouga, who she thinks of as a friend (though not
romantically), or maybe Shinnosuke (actually, that might not be a bad idea.
A Ryugenzawa story with a different ending...).  The real problem is that
all the males in Ranma (including the title character) are no real prizes...

Of course, there is always my Real Woman story... ;-)
